DENVER, Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ngÓéÀÖ Resources Corporation (NYSE: AR) ("ngÓéÀÖ" or the "Company") today announced that the Company plans to issue its third quarter 2014 earnings release on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.  The Company had previously scheduled the issuance of its third quarter 2014 earnings release on Monday, November 3, 2014.  The revised issuance date is due to the marketing efforts for the initial public offering of common units representing limited partner interests in its wholly-owned subsidiary ngÓéÀÖ Midstream Partners LP, which was launched today.
